Sorting by date Mentions can be sorted by date.
Sorting and tagging by relevancy Mentions can be sorted and tagged on the basis of perceived relevancy.
Spam Content is generally filtered for spam, but custom sources are not. Users can tag entries as spam, but they will not be instantly removed from the search results.
Historical data Historical data is generally not available - these solutions are predominantly forward-searching.
Trend analysis It is possible to apply trend analysis to the data, as well as to all subsets of the data.
Reporting services The tool provides both real-time and historical reporting options.
Export options Reports can be exported in .csv, .xls, .xml, PDF, and RSS formats. The API is not available for data export options.
Dashboard A customizable dashboard is provided as part of the tools. The time it takes to have the dashboard populated with the results of new queries depends on the size of the data set.
Analysis services Analysis services are provided. Variables include volume over time, volume by media type over time, share of voice by media source, share of voice by media type, share of voice by media type over time, and analysis by topic.
Sentiment analysis Sentiment analysis is not provided as part of ClipIQ, but human sentiment tracking is done as part of BuzzPerception.
Rating by tone A customizable tone rating scale is provided.
Interface with BI solutions Not available
Real time alerts Available via email and RSS.
