Analysis services Analysis services are provided as part of the tool. Parameters include volume over time, volume by media type over time, share of voice by media source, share of voice by media type, share of voice by media type over time, analysis by author, analysis by topic, geomapping, gender and age demographic data, comparison charting, most frequently discussed topics, influential sources, and more.
Sentiment analysis Automated sentiment tracking is provided as part of the analysis services. Sentiment scoring can be provided to both current and historical articles/mentions. This is done in near real-time. There is no additional charge for applying sentiment analysis to historical data.
Rating by tone A three-point tone rating scale is used.
Interface with BI solutions There is no interface for existing BI solutions.
Real time alerts Alerts can be provided via email (HTML or plain text) and/or RSS feed.
