Sentiment MetricsThis is a featured page

Sentiment Metrics is an intuitive, easy to use application. Sentiment Metrics can be rolled out to non-technical staff very easily and with minimal training, which means that agencies can be delivering results to their clients sooner resulting in less time being booked to internal non-billable training jobs. Using drag and drop functionality, a user has the ability to amend their own dashboard to meet their specific requirements which ensures that they know exactly where to go to find the information they require every time they log into Sentiment Metrics.

Reporting Capabilities
In addition to the suite of graphs available to all users, the built-in pdf report designer allows a user to create a suite of template reports which can then be shared across clients and colleagues, saving time and effort in re-writing reports on a regular basis. Data can also be exported via CSV and XML and charts can also be embedded into external sources.

Depth of Analysis
Sentiment Metrics provides you with the ability to drill down to specific details about an author. Information about the age, gender and location of an author are gathered to enable the user to monitor trends across social media and news sites based upon demographics as well as sentiment and influence. Through the use of the engagement module, a user can look up an author’s social media profile to identify their presence across the spectrum of social media, e.g. their Twitter handle, LinkedIn profile, Facebook page and blog. Combining all this information and analysing it in a number of different ways enables users to create future campaigns which can be targeted more effectively. Sentiment Metrics also includes sophisticated spam filters to ensure the data is clean before being analysed. This means that a user saves time in cleaning the data themselves before being able to carry out any analysis.

Engagement Functionality
Sentiment Metrics prides itself in being the first company in the industry to deliver new functionality to its clients on a regular basis. Recent developments have been to include Facebook sources within the indexes, and launching the direct engagement module at the end of February.

The social media engagement module is the industry’s first to directly integrate with Twitter and Facebook, as well as support the creation of comments in blogs and forums from within the application itself. Via the workflow module, CRM functionality is also possible allowing the assignment and tracking of engagement activities across all team members in an organisation. As well as the information found in section 2.3, the press release for the launch of the Engagement module can be found at http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/sentiment-metrics-launches-an-industry-first-in-social-media-engagement-capabilities-85033657.html

Sentiment Metrics continually receives input from existing clients when developing new functionality and sees the relationship as a partnership to ensure that Sentiment Metrics supports their clients’ business goals.
