Trend analysis Trend analysis can be applied to past data, and can also be applied to subsets of that data, up to 4 categories of metadata.
Reporting services The tool provides reporting services, both real-time and historical reports.
Export options Export options include .csv, .xls, .pdf and .jpeg. The API is available for export options.
Dashboard A customizable dashboard is available as part of the tool. The dashboard is updated in near real time with new search results.
Analysis services Analysis services are provided. Variables include volume over time, share of voice by media type, share of voice by media type over time, analysis by topic, site ranking, topic association, and site coverage.
Sentiment analysis Automated sentiment analysis is available. The tool also provides sentiment trending data. Sentiment scoring can also be applied to archival data. There is no additional charge for this service. If sentiment analysis is applied to archival data, it takes about 30 seconds/article.
Rating by tone Tone is rated on a four-point scale (highly positive/positive/negative/highly negative)
Interface with BI solutions Not available
Real time alerts Offered via email either on a daily or weekly basis or when the topic is especially 'hot'.
